Manifesto’s fiction is home for stories with a point of view. We publish fiction that explores people, culture and the forces that shape how we move through the world.
We are drawn to characters with something at stake. People who want, question, resist and contradict – even themselves. There is no required genre or form. Realism, speculative fiction, satire, historical fiction and worlds we have yet to name all belong here.
At the center is a question: How do people become themselves inside the worlds that shape them?
Every story offers a way of seeing. We publish the ones that show us something new.
